JG Baseball (JGB) is a youth travel baseball developmental organization that was founded by James Guerrero. JGB was established in the Inland Empire, CA in 2012, and has expanded throughout Southern California. Our development program focuses on each individual player's growth in all aspects of life. Our mission is to positively affect the lives of our players both on and off the field, by providing a platform to become successful. We have a history of players who have moved on to High School, the collegiate level, and professional ranks. Our JGB alumni have gone on to do great things with their lives. We not only have an impact on the lives of our players on the field and in the classroom, but we also encourage our players to get involved in their communities.

JG Baseball has and will continue to provide knowledge, wisdom and insight to help our players be better prepared for whatever the next level is for them; whether it be High School, College, or the professional level. Our focus will always be to develop first by teaching our players how to play the game the right way, and how to be a true professional on and off the field. With Development being our staff's number one goal, we will ensure that our players will never disrespect the beautiful game of baseball.

The JG Baseball organization believes and teaches our core values which are; FAITH, FAMILY, ACADEMICS and BASEBALL. With this as our foundation, we believe that when players depart from our organization, they will not only be better baseball players but GREAT people in society.
